The Next-Generation SOS Platform is developed by Medical Information Technologies, s.r.o., a Czech company founded in 2015 by experts from air rescue services and healthcare IT.
We are a professional team bringing together experienced emergency responders and technology specialists, united by a shared mission to improve emergency communication. For more than a decade, we have been pioneers in the field — continuously pushing the boundaries of what is possible in mission-critical communication.
We are the most widely deployed platform for emergency communication in Europe, with a strong cross-border reach. Among other solutions, we operate the most widely used and downloaded family of emergency mobile applications, and in 2020 we were the first to introduce nationwide video calls on emergency lines. We challenge the status quo — always driven by deep expertise and a commitment to the highest professional standards, supporting both people in need and emergency services.
